XBindKeys is a great tool that I use for setting up keyboard shortcuts to run various commands (mostly playing sound clips at appropriate moments). Due to a couple of driver bugs, I found myself using Windows without my shortcuts. Since writing a new program is much faster easier less boring than searching for an existing program that does the same thing, I wrote this one. It also gave me a good excuse to try out C#.
After downloading, extract the .zip file wherever you want. You may want to create a shortcut to WinBindKeys in your Startup folder (located in the Start menu's Programs section) if you want WinBindKeys to automatically start whenever you log in to Windows.
